ALL-IN Digital Consulting was founded on a simple belief:
when the stakes are high, leadership matters more than theory.
Over the course of his career, Bret Allinson has spent decades leading technology, operations, and managed services organizations where failure was not an option. His work has lived at the intersection of mission-critical systems, global operations, regulated environments, and complex supply chains—often under intense pressure and public visibility.
Bret has built and modernized Tier 3 and Tier 4 data centers, operated worldwide command centers, supported automotive plants, Airlines, Banking, Credit Unions, Trading floors, Retail, Technology and global logistics networks, and led large-scale disaster recovery efforts through hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, and fires. He has also run large break-fix and support organizations, managing intricate ecosystems of parts, field services, and logistics where speed and execution directly impacted customer operations and revenue.
Along the way, Bret negotiated and governed large, multi-year procurement and vendor agreements, balancing cost, performance, and risk at enterprise scale. He led global teams numbering in the tens of thousands, implemented quality and governance frameworks across continents, and supported a majority of the Fortune 500—often responsible for systems that simply could not go down.
Through all of that experience, one pattern became clear.
Most transformations don’t fail because of technology.
They fail because leadership bandwidth is stretched, decisions slow down, accountability blurs, and risk quietly grows.
ALL-IN Digital Consulting was created to close that gap.
Today, Bret works directly with CEOs, CIOs, COOs, Boards, and investors who need experienced leadership in the room—not more slideware or staff augmentation. Through fractional CIO and COO leadership, executive advisory, and mission-critical transformation support, he helps organizations reduce risk, align execution, and move forward with confidence.
