That’s where I come in.
Over the past two decades, I’ve led and scaled global IT, infrastructure, customer support, field services, and supply chain organizations inside enterprises ranging from $500M to $60B in revenue—environments where uptime, compliance, customer experience, and operational discipline protected billions of dollars in business performance every single day.
This wasn’t advisory work from the sidelines.
This was operating at enterprise scale where:
- ISO9000 delivery standards mattered daily
- CSAT and NPS were executive-level metrics
- Regulatory and compliance exposure carried real enterprise risk
- Global partner and supply chain ecosystems had to perform flawlessly
- Technology failure could directly impact revenue, customers, and brand trust
I’ve led site selection for data center builds, overseen construction and live operations, and directed the migration of hundreds of physical data centers while moving hundreds of customer applications to the cloud—without disrupting business performance.
I’ve transformed call center operations by introducing modern operating models, AI-driven support capabilities, and real-time translation technologies to improve both efficiency and customer experience at scale.
I also led a global break-fix field services and supply chain organization supporting thousands of customers worldwide, where parts availability, logistics precision, field execution, and inventory accuracy directly determined uptime. We fundamentally re-engineered how inventory was managed across the global supply chain—improving responsiveness while reducing cost and operational risk.
